ADVANCE AUTO PARTS AUTOCRAFT BATTERY WARRANTY FULL
I walked out of there with a battery and another $15 item for $60 bucks total AND, with a new full warranty. Well,to make a long story short, things went a little different than that scenario. Now he was willing to give me $57 off the battery, which said is sold for $152.and the pro rated warranty on this new battery would have to continue, to the 84 months. "that may be so, but right now.I got a receipt that I'd like you to read." So, I whipped out the receipt which plainly stated I had 7 years of warranty and the mgr back tracked quickly. I drove the car to Advance with tools in trunk and they proceed to tell me "no more pro-rated warranty or core returns" and how "no one does that anymore." SO I said. I printed out my scanned receipt and it was 3 years full, or 84 months pro-rated replacement. I was going to buy one online using my usual discount codes, then realized that I probably had some pro-rated warranty left. So my Advance Auto battery gave up the ghost after a little over four years.
